Svetlana O'Farrell, LLB, MA, ITIA has a wealth of experience in language, business, and legal services. Svetlana has been in the field since 1991, when they joined Aer Rianta International cpt as a Corporate Affairs Officer. In this role, they worked on language and legal aspects of ARI's Russian businesses, including translation, interpretation, business and legal research and advice, tender preparation, and liaison between Western and Russian partners. In 1998, they became a Consultant / Owner at Russian Solutions, where they provided language, business and legal services to corporate and individual clients based in Ireland and UK and dealing in Russia. Her services included advice on setting up and running business in Russia, corporate secretarial services, negotiation, review and translation of legal documents, and support in major tender competitions. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Holistic Wellness Consultant. Currently, they are employed at TRANSLIT - Complete Language Solutions, where they are a Training Development Manager and Language Talent Manager.

Svetlana O'Farrell completed their LLB from the University of London in 1995, their MA in English, German Languages and Literature from Tver State University in Russia from 1986 to 1991, and obtained a Creating Global Food Entrepreneurs certificate from FoodWorks by BordBia, EI, Teagasc in 2012. Svetlana also completed the Limerick Enterprise Acceleration Platform (LEAP) from Limerick Institute of Technology in 2010-2011, an Occupational First Aid Certificate, IET (Integrated Energy Therapy), Reiki, and bio-energy from Alternative and Complimentary Health Courses. Additionally, they have certifications in Belbin Team Roles Accreditation from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office) in 2014, Certified Legal Translator from Irish Translators and Interpreters Association in 2012, Professional Member from Irish Translator's and Interpreters' Association in 1995, and Professional Member from ARCHTI - Association of Registered Complimentary Health Therapists of Ireland.
