Max Jones

Max Jones is an experienced professional in health care administration and management, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Translucent since November 2024. Prior to this role, Max held various positions at Redesign Health from September 2021 to November 2024, including Director and Principal of New Ventures. Max's earlier experience includes a tenure at AVIA as Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Analyst in Consulting Services from September 2018 to September 2021, as well as working as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte from October 2016 to September 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
