Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1997 with ACCO World Corp. as the Director of Communications, Learning & Development. In 2001, they moved to Infosys Technologies, Inc., where they served as Head of Learning & Development for North America, and HR Consulting Practice. In 2003, they joined AT&T Wireless as the Sr. Director of Performance & Productivity. In 2007, they moved to OnSite Network, Inc. as the Executive Vice President & COO. In 2012, they became a Partner at Seneca Park Partners, LLC. In 2015, they joined Accenture as the Manager of Change Management, Accenture Strategy and Consulting. In 2021, they took on the role of Executive Director at Fornaro Law. Finally, in 2022, they joined Lactalis Heritage Dairy as the Senior Manager of Change Management, where they are responsible for leading strategy, tools, and facilitation to ensure successful enterprise changes.

Kevin Owens holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) from Northern Illinois University, where they studied Human Resources Development. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Magna cum laude) from Loras College, where they studied Theirtory, English, and Classical Studies. Kevin has also studied Theology and Ministry at the University of St. Mary of the Lake. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership and Prosci.
