Leslie Clements

Leslie Clements has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Leslie began their career as a Fleet Coordinator at BayDelta Maritime, where they coordinated the operations of four tug boats in the San Francisco bay. Leslie then joined Inchcape Shipping Services, starting as a boarding agent and progressing to various roles, including Operations Manager and Marine Services Manager. Leslie currently holds the position of Managing Director at Transmarine Navigation Corp. Throughout their career, Leslie has emphasized team building, cross-training, and continuing education. Leslie values work-life balance as a married mother of three.

Leslie Clements attended California State University Maritime Academy from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation with a focus on the same field of study.
