Kristine James

Kristine James has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Kristine currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Transmedic Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager Corporate Development at EBOS Medical Technology Division from 2022 to 2023. From 2016 to 2022, they held roles at LifeHealthcare, including Corporate Development Director and General Manager Corporate Development. Kristine also has experience as the Head of Aviation Services at Sydney Airport from 2015 to 2016, and as the General Manager Commercial Services at Lifehealthcare from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they worked as a Director at James & Co Consulting from 2013 to 2015. Kristine started their career at UGL as the General Manager Strategy & Business Planning from 2010 to 2013, and prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2010. Kristine began their career as an Executive at Arthur Andersen in 2000.

Kristine James attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2010, where they completed the Company Directors Course. From 2001 to 2003, they studied at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, earning a Graduate Diploma in CA. Kristine's undergraduate education took place from 1997 to 2000 at the Australian National University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance.
