Ciara Regan

Ciara Regan is a Senior NPI Mechanical Engineer at TransMedics, Inc. since August 2023, after previously holding the position of Sr Manufacturing Engineer at embecta from April 2022 to July 2023. Prior experience at BD from June 2018 to April 2022 includes various roles such as Manufacturing Engineer and Molding/Assembly Project Engineer, among others. Ciara developed foundational skills as a Peer Calculus Tutor and Machine Shop Technician Assistant at Lafayette College during the educational period from August 2015 to May 2018. A co-op experience at Lutron Electronics in 2017 involved contributions to product design and 3D modeling. Early work experience includes operational roles at Victoria Gardens and an externship at Sandvik Coromant. Ciara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, obtained in 2018.
