Paul Bieniek

Paul Bieniek is a seasoned professional in advanced operations and program management within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Advanced Operations Programs at TransMedics, Inc. since August 2023, Paul previously held several key positions at Stryker from October 2018 to August 2023, including Program Manager and R&D Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Project Engineer at Invuity, Inc., which was acquired by Stryker, and a decade-long tenure at ALung Technologies as Engineering Manager, where a significant contribution was made to the development of a Class III drug-combination medical device. Paul’s career began at the University of Pittsburgh, where work was undertaken as a Research Associate following the completion of a BS in Bioengineering in 2007.
