Stella Kostadinova

Stella Kostadinova has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various HR roles and organizations. Stella currently works as the EMEA People Director at Transmission, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People at Initials from May 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Initials, Stella worked as an HR Manager at LiFE Residential from February 2019 to May 2021. Stella also gained experience as an HR Adviser (Interim) at Imperial College London from November 2018 to February 2019.

Stella's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Officer at Gourmet Burger Kitchen from January 2016 to November 2018. Stella also worked as a Human Resources Generalist in the professional services sector from 2011 to 2015.

Stella Kostadinova has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Stella also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Organizational Analysis from King's College London, which they completed from 2014 to 2015. In addition, Stella has an Associate CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certification in Human Resources, which they obtained from CIPD in October 2014.
