Carlos Benavides

Carlos Benavides is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and product management. Currently serving as a Product Owner/Product Manager at TransNetwork LLC since April 2023, Carlos previously led the operations department at TELEDOLAR from August 2012 to November 2022, where significant improvements in customer service and back-office integrations were achieved. Carlos also took on responsibilities for the Contact Center and Telemarketing departments, gaining proficiency in commercial operations, KPIs, business intelligence, data management, and projections.
