José Ricardo Jara Cisneros

José Ricardo Jara Cisneros has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. In 1996, they started their career as an Analyst of Information at Computacion Dinamica, where they worked until 1997. In 1998, they joined Banorte and held various positions over a period of 18 years. José Ricardo served as a Gerente de Eficiencia Operativa y Herramientas delegadas a puntos de venta, overseeing project management, process analysis and design, workflow automation, system implementation, training, and performance measurement. José Ricardo also managed the web platform for quotation and policy issuance and was involved in the development of projects in the insurance industry. Additionally, they played a crucial role in implementing business continuity plans and conducting risk analysis. From 2016 to 2017, José worked as a PMO at Project Manager TIXWARE. In 2017, they joined Transnetwork Corporation as an IT Operations Manager. Since 2018, they have been associated with AFIRME Grupo Financiero as the Business Partner for Sistemas Tesoreria y Riesgos.
