Sara Montalvo

Sara Montalvo has been working in the treasury field since 1999. Sara began their career at Citi as a Treasury Back Office Assist Manager, where they were responsible for confirming all treasury deals with the counterparty prior to settlement, ensuring that payment instructions were properly authorized and correctly executed, and independently verifying each month-end valuation of securities. In 2005, they moved to Scotiabank as a Treasury Back Office Manager, where they were responsible for independently monitoring Treasury Front Office activities within approved limits, and terms and conditions stated in relevant authorizations and advice and counsel. In 2014, they joined TransNetwork LLC as a Treasury Manager and later a Treasury Supervisor.

Sara Montalvo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Universidad de Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus between 1990 and 1996, majoring in Accounting and Business/Management.
