Karen Hoffman

Karen Hoffman has extensive work experience in the field of tax and finance. Karen served as a Tax Director at PwC from July 2002 to August 2020. In September 2020, they joined Transocean as the Director of Global Tax West. Currently, they are a Member of the Board of Directors at DXP Enterprises, Inc. starting from November 2021.

Karen Hoffman attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. During the same period, they also pursued a Masters Professional Accounting degree with a specialization in Taxation. Karen has obtained a CPA certification in Texas.
