Natascha Linn Felix

Natascha Linn Felix is an experienced professional in sustainability, compliance, and anti-corruption initiatives. Currently, Natascha serves as a Senior Manager in Sustainability Advisory and Assurance Services at PwC Danmark and holds the position of Board Member for Transparency International Danmark, where involvement dates back to 2012 with a prior tenure as Chair from 2018 to 2020. As Chair of the Ethics Committee at warfair and Co-founder of the Fight Against Facilitation Payments Initiative, Natascha is dedicated to promoting ethical practices and addressing facilitation payment challenges across sectors. Previously, Natascha held senior roles at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor as Chief People Officer, and at Dan Church Aid focusing on accountability and learning. Natascha began their career in consulting with Nordic Consulting Group and has an academic background in International Development & Project Management from Lund University and Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen.
