Jamie Bergin

Jamie Bergin currently serves as a Research Coordinator at Transparency International, a position held since June 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Programme Support Officer with UNDP Kenya, Associate in the Office of the President at Hertie School, and UNODC Desk Officer at the Permanent Mission of Japan to the International Organizations in Vienna. Jamie has also worked as a Political Risk Analyst at IHS Markit, Consultant at OSCE, Research and Teaching Assistant at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, Research Fellow at the Regional Academy on the United Nations, Assistant at the Embassy and Permanent Mission of Afghanistan in Vienna, and Advisor at Knowledge for Development Without Borders. Academic qualifications consist of an MA in Advanced International Studies from Diplomatische Akademie Wien, a BCL in Law with International from University College Dublin, and various courses in international law and human rights from multiple institutions, including University of Minnesota and Global Campus of Human Rights.
