Kush Amin

Legal Specialist at Transparency International

Kush Amin is a Legal Specialist at Transparency International since June 2020, focusing on policy and advocacy within the Global Anti Corruption Consortium. Previously, Kush served as a Legal Officer at Spotlight on Corruption from October 2019 to February 2020 and was a Legal and Policy Adviser at the Government of Uganda’s Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development from October 2017 to October 2019, where Kush participated as an Oxford Policy Fellow. Early career experience includes a position as a Lawyer in Debt Capital Markets and Structured Products at SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited from September 2011 to October 2016. Kush holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law, Development and Globalisation from SOAS University of London, obtained in 2017, and completed the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at The University of Law. A Bachelor's degree in Latin was earned from the University of Nottingham in 2009.
