Gisela Morelli

Gisela Morelli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gisela began their career in 2006 as a Medical Assistant at Heart Associates of L.I, where they were responsible for preparing examination rooms, providing professional medical assistance, and monitoring vital signs. In 2008, they joined Teletech Argentina S.A. as a Bilingual Specialized Agent, assisting physicians in the USA with tasks such as verifying patient insurance coverage and confirming personal data.

Transitioning into administrative roles, Gisela became an Accounting Administrative at Cientifica Express S.R.L. in 2012 and later worked as an Accounting Administrative at Todo Traccion S.R.L. from 2015 to 2015.

In 2015, Gisela joined eBay as a Customer Service Agent, specializing in user support and assistance via telephone, email, and chat for websites such as www.alamaula.com and www.vivanuncios.com.mx. Gisela also conducted site maintenance, fraud detection, technical tests, and verification and monitoring of reports. Gisela advanced to the position of Customer Service Lead at eBay from 2017 to 2019, providing leadership and guidance to a team of customer service agents.

Most recently, in 2018, Gisela attended Instituto de Formación Aerocomercial to study as a Flight Attendant. Overall, Gisela's education background exhibits a range of disciplines, including English as a Second Language, medical assisting, and teaching.
