Janusz Noszczynski

Janusz Noszczynski has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Janusz is the Co-founder and VP of Engineering at TransparentChoice since February 2013. Prior to that, they founded Coderise Ventures in November 2009, where they provided IT consulting for Web Applications, Cloud Computing, and SaaS. From March 2009 to January 2015, they co-founded MakeItRational, where they designed, developed, and managed a SaaS product for collaborative decision-making and prioritization. Janusz also worked as a Senior System Developer at Dantek Poland Sp. z o.o., where they designed and developed a large distributed acquisition system for Danish educational institutions. Janusz worked as an ASP.NET developer at IT Outsourcing Center, and as a .NET developer at Status-C. Additionally, Janusz has experience working as a freelancer, developing desktop and web applications, and as a LINUX administrator.

Janusz Noszczynski completed their education at the Poznan University of Technology. From 2002 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and later, from 2007 to 2008, they obtained a Master's degree in Management Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, in June 2017, they earned a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera.
