Briony Simpson

Briony Simpson (Chartered MCIPD) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic people management across various sectors. Briony began a career as an HR Officer at Excelcare Holdings and advanced through roles such as HR Manager at Vine Resources and Senior HR Business Partner at Central YMCA. Notably, Briony has served as Senior People Business Partner and Head of People at Six Degrees Group, focusing on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management.
