Hark Dyal

Hark Dyal has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, finance, and management. Hark is currently the Head of Sales & Marketing Operations at Transparity since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft for several years, holding various positions including Digital Operations Lead, Sales Operations Lead, UK Public Sector Controller, Senior Finance Manager, and Microsoft Consulting Services Controller. Hark also worked as a Senior Management Accountant at Orbis Property Protection from 2001 to 2006.

Hark Dyal attended Loughborough University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Physics and Maths. Prior to that, they attended Herschel Grammar School from 1991 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Hark Dyal obtained a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) certification from CIMA in 2004 and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2021.
