Marc Hadley-Smith

Marc Hadley-Smith has a strong background in technology and management consulting. Marc started their career as a Web Manager at Deloitte UK in 2002 before moving on to roles such as Business Solutions Consultant at QA-IQ and Pre-Sales Consultant at QuantiQ (formerly Tectura UK). Marc then worked as a Microsoft Dynamics Presales Consultant at Tribal in 2009 and as a Solution Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics at 2e2 from 2010 to 2012. Marc then joined QUANTIQ in 2012, where they held various positions such as Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Practice Manager - Business Applications, and Chief Technology Officer. At QUANTIQ, they were responsible for incubation practices, technical presales, R&D, and solution offerings. Marc also launched the Business Applications practice and expanded their sales as a Cloud Solutions Provider. In 2019, Marc joined RSM UK as a Partner, Technology and Management Consulting, where they spearheaded technology transformation efforts for small and large enterprises, focusing on the Microsoft Business Applications stack. Most recently, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Transparity in 2023.

Marc Hadley-Smith has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from Hampshire. Marc also holds several certifications from Microsoft, including MS: Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations, Microsoft Certified Dynamics Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
