Kapilan Rasiah

Kapilan Rasiah is an accomplished professional in business development with extensive experience in sales and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at TransPerfect Legal since April 2024, Kapilan focuses on innovative technology and supporting services for legal teams. Prior to this role, Kapilan held positions including National Sales Manager at LEAP Legal Software APAC, where leadership of a sales team was key, and various sales roles at Rockend. Earlier experience includes project management at PT Panorama Development Utama and Alpha & Omega Developers Pvt, where successful implementation of management systems and contract negotiations were achieved. Kapilan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bradford and is a CFA candidate.
