Adam Mimeles

Adam Mimeles is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as General Counsel at TransPerfect since May 2017, Adam previously held the position of Of Counsel at Platzer, Swergold, Levine, Goldberg, Katz & Jaslow, LLP from August 2013 to May 2017, providing legal counsel on equity and debt finance, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Adam was a Partner at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP from June 2006 to July 2013, focusing on legal matters involving public and private corporations, securities law compliance, and real estate.
