Kim Whitehead, Esq., CIPM, is an expert in e-discovery and change management, specializing in global strategy and innovation consulting. Kim has extensive experience as an Intellectual Property Associate at BakerHostetler, Dickstein Shapiro LLP, and Burns & Levinson LLP, where they focused on patent and trademark prosecution as well as intellectual property asset management. Currently, Kim serves as the Senior Director of Business Strategy at TransPerfect, leading efforts in service innovation and business consulting while providing e-discovery program management. They also founded The Inspiration Alumni Foundation, promoting the arts in education. Kim holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BAS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
