Maria Fernanda Gallo

Maria Fernanda Gallo currently serves as the Director of the Anti-Bribery & Special Investigations group at TransPerfect since April 2023, specializing in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations in Latin America. Prior to this role, Maria worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from February 2012 to April 2023, where responsibilities included evaluating and investigating FCPA violations and serving as lead investigator in significant commercial transaction cases.
