Matt Bull

Matt Bull has a diverse work experience in finance and infrastructure. Matt currently serves as the Deputy Finance Director at Transport for Greater Manchester. Prior to this, they held the role of Infrastructure Finance Market Leader at Steer from 2018 to 2022. Matt also has experience working at The World Bank as a Senior Infrastructure Finance Specialist. Matt has been involved in project finance during their tenure at Steer Davies Gleave and worked as an Assistant Director of Corporate Finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, they are a Director at Greater Manchester Travelcards Limited.

Matt Bull attended the University of Leeds from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued a Master's degree in Transport Economics.
