Paul Ratcliffe

Paul Ratcliffe is an experienced transportation and parking services professional with extensive expertise across various roles in local government. Currently serving as Bus Performance Manager and Compliance Lead at Transport for Greater Manchester since September 2021, Paul leads the design and execution of enforcement activities within the GM Clean Air Service. Prior to this, Paul held significant positions at City of Bradford MDC and Bradford Council, driving process improvements in street cleansing services and successfully managing the introduction of Civil Enforcement in Bradford, alongside innovative parking technologies. Furthermore, experience includes managing large budgets and teams, which has contributed to enhanced traffic management and revenue generation initiatives. Paul Ratcliffe holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from The University of Huddersfield.
