David Wells has extensive work experience in the field of technology planning and management. David has held various leadership roles at Transport for London, starting with the position of Business Analysis Team Lead in the Surface Transport Technology division from August 2014 to May 2017. In this role, they led a team of business analysts and was responsible for resource planning, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement. David then moved on to become the Lead Business Architect and IT Engagement Lead from May 2017 to November 2022. In this role, they led a matrix team and worked closely with stakeholders to shape technology solutions and deliver transformational programs.
