Kerry Crane

Kerry Crane has worked in various positions throughout their career. Kerry is currently the Head of Recruitment at Transport for London since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Department for International Trade (DIT) from January 2020 to September 2022, holding roles such as Head of Resourcing and Deputy Head of Resourcing. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Falck from June 2019 to December 2019, and as a Recruitment Manager at Pret A Manger from February 2018 to May 2019. Kerry also had a long tenure at John Lewis & Partners, where they held roles such as Resourcing Delivery Manager, Apprenticeship Programme Manager, and Recruitment Manager. Kerry started their career as a Primary School Teacher at Kent County Council from September 2009 to August 2011.

Kerry Crane obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Kent in 2005-2008. Kerry then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Primary Education (5-11 years) at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2008-2009.
