Matt McGrath

Matt McGrath currently serves as the Operational Delivery Manager at Transport for London, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Piccadilly Line Upgrade project team to ensure smooth integration of new assets into service while engaging with various stakeholders. Previously, Matt held roles such as Line Training Coordinator, managing training for train operators on key London Underground lines, and Trains Manager, overseeing the performance of train operations within a depot. Matt began career development through a Rail & London Underground Management Graduate program, which involved placements in multiple operational departments. Prior to joining Transport for London, Matt worked as a Business Support Officer at Kirklees Council and as an Associate at Deloitte LLP. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American and Canadian Studies from the University of Birmingham and has additional academic experience at The University of Alabama.
