Polly Fox

Polly Fox is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in commercial contracts and disputes, currently serving as Principal Solicitor Disputes at Transport for London since July 2006. In this role, Polly provides expert advice on a wide range of contracts, including construction and IT contracts, as well as managing disputes related to patent entitlement, infringement, software copyright, and IT outsourcing. Prior to this position, Polly held roles as Principal at Herbert Smith from November 1999 to June 2006, and as Senior Associate at both Davies Arnold Cooper and Herbert Smith.
