Richard Osborn

Richard Osborn is an experienced professional in document and records management, currently serving as the Head of TfL Management System at Transport for London since April 2013. In this role, Richard leads a team of ten in developing and implementing a comprehensive document and records management strategy for London Underground. Prior to this, Richard spent over thirteen years at Network Rail as the National Business Services Manager, overseeing a vast archive of paper-based records and managing teams that supplied critical information to various stakeholders. Richard's career also includes roles at Recall and Interlink, where expertise in operational management and customer service was honed, and early experience at Excel Logistics involved establishing logistics systems for a rapidly growing service.
