David Svolos

David Svolos is an experienced professional in the field of analytics and customer research, currently serving as the Director of Customer & Mobility Analytics & Insights at Transport for NSW since February 2018. Throughout the tenure at Transport for NSW, David Svolos has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Analytics & Customer Research and A/Director of Network Analytics. Prior to this, David Svolos worked at Roads and Maritime Services from August 2012 to February 2018, where key positions included Senior Materials Technologist and Manager of Road Asset Data & Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Pavements from the Centre for Pavement Engineering Education and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wollongong.
