Emma Bradshaw

Emma Bradshaw currently serves as the Director of the Enterprise Transformation Program Delivery at Transport for NSW and holds the position of Non-Executive Advisor at Workstem Payroll & HR Platform. With extensive experience in people and culture management, Emma has previously worked as the Executive Officer for People & Culture at Airservices Australia and held the role of Transformation Director at Guild Group, where efforts focused on redesigning service delivery models. Additionally, Emma served as Director in the People, Workforce & Change Advisory at PwC Australia, and has a background in HR transformation and strategy from various significant positions within IAG, KPMG UK, KPMG Australia, Suncorp Group, and BNP Paribas. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Sydney, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Deakin University, and has further qualifications in Career Education and Development from RMIT University.
