Tanuja Shah

Tanuja Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Senior EPMO Analyst at Transport for NSW since October 2022. In this role, Tanuja focuses on enhancing the standards and processes of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) while driving portfolio analysis and governance best practices. Previously, Tanuja held various roles at NSW Police Force from March 2002 to October 2022, including Senior Program Officer and Transition Officer, where responsibilities encompassed strategic program delivery, risk tracking, and ICT asset management. Tanuja's earlier career includes a position as Senior Executive PMO for Keane Soft Inc, managing PMO functions across Asia Pacific. Tanuja holds an MBA in Information Technology from the All India Management Association and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kumaun University.
