Neil James is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand development and strategic engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Brand and Marketing at Transport for Wales since May 2018, Neil previously worked as an Independent Marketing Consultant for NDJ Marketing Ltd and held key roles at Finance Wales, including Head of Strategic Engagement and Head of Communications. Neil played a pivotal role in the launch of the Development Bank of Wales and led marketing efforts for a significant investment group. Earlier experience includes promoting Welsh IT and media sectors at the Welsh Development Agency and managing global marketing initiatives at Fujitsu. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Swansea University, a Teaching Certificate in Adult Literacy, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
