David Harris

David Harris possesses extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as the Transport Strategy & Place Manager at Transport for West Midlands since November 2018. Prior to this role, David held several positions at Birmingham City Council, including Transport Policy Manager and Projects Leader in Transportation Strategy from February 2005 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Policy Officer for Surrey County Council from September 2002 to February 2005, and as a Business Planning Assistant at South West Trains between November 2000 and September 2002. David earned a Master of Science in Transport Planning from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth.
