Hayat A. Al Yabis currently serves as Vice President Advisor and Alternate Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the International Maritime Organization at the Transport General Authority, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Hayat functioned as an International Relations Expert and Acting Manager of Joint Committees & International Relations at the Ministry of Economy and Planning from April 2021 to October 2022. From May 2015 to April 2021, Hayat was associated with The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, advancing through roles including Head of Section for the GCC-US Strategic Partnership and Senior Specialist in International Partnerships. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Alfaisal University and a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from King Saud University.
