Andrew Moore

Andrew Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory, administration, and creative production roles. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory and Administration Executive at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since June 2019, Andrew also holds the position of Creative Producer at O'Brother Productions, focusing on developing IP content for TV and internet platforms. Prior experience includes roles at the Economic and Social Research Institute as an Executive Officer, and as a Research Associate at NorDubCo. Andrew has also worked as Head of Production and Associate Producer at Salty Dog Pictures and as an Asset Manager in various companies. Andrew's educational background includes a PhD in Strategic Planning and Management and multiple degrees in Geography, Sociology, Natural Resource Management, and Spatial Planning from prestigious institutions including the University of Liverpool and Trinity College Dublin.
