Graeme Roche

Graeme Roche is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since June 2025, focusing on digital innovation and data-driven decision-making in national transport operations. Previously, Graeme held the position of Program Director at Citi from December 2012 to July 2024, where responsibilities included global delivery of a strategic loans servicing platform and leading transformation initiatives in AML/KYC and loan operations. Prior to Citi, Graeme worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft from April 2010 to December 2012, overseeing software assurance operations for EMEA and delivering supply chain initiatives. Graeme also founded and managed Skill Set, a consulting practice that provided advisory services across various sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston College Carroll School of Management and Executive Education in Leading Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan School of Management.
