Vivek Balasubramanian

Vivek B. is an experienced Energy & Systems Engineer at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since April 2022, focusing on managing energy and power systems throughout various phases of Light Rail projects. Prior to this role, Vivek served as Assistant Manager - Technology, Solutions & Engineering at Commtel Networks from July 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included conducting technical bid analyses and collaborating with customers and vendors to develop effective proposals. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical & Testing Engineer at ABB from May 2013 to June 2017, contributing to product testing, integration, and factory acceptance testing for broadband and narrowband systems. Vivek holds a Master's Degree in Wireless Communication Systems from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from SIES Graduate School of Technology.
