Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology. Oscar is currently working as the Chief Information Security Officer at TLC Companies. Prior to this role, they served as an Adjunct Instructor in Computer Forensics at Dunwoody College of Technology. Oscar also worked as an Information Systems Security Officer at National Recoveries, Inc. from October 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining National Recoveries, Inc., Oscar held the position of Information Security Operations Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis from June 2018 to September 2019. Oscar also worked as an Enterprise Incident Manager at Target from August 2016 to January 2018, and as a Security Incident Response Team Manager at Voya Financial from August 2014 to August 2016.
