Henna Shah

Henna Shah is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Attorney Adviser in the Office of International and Aviation Economic Law at the U.S. Department of Transportation since August 2022. Shah has completed multiple rotational details within various departments of the U.S. Department of Transportation, including the Federal Highway Administration, Office of the Inspector General, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and Federal Aviation Administration. Shah's expertise includes providing legal counsel on international transportation law, drafting international agreements, litigating motor vehicle safety violations, and advising on regulatory matters.
