Nadirah Phillip

Nadirah Phillip is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in financial regulation and law. Currently serving as an Attorney-Adviser at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2019, Nadirah previously held the position of Acting Chief Counsel at The Florida Office of Financial Regulation from June 2013 to October 2019. Early career roles included legal internships at the University of Miami School of Law, Ziglaw, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, as well as serving as an Administrative Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office. Nadirah holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami, as well as an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University.
