Mishel R. McCants

Mishel R. McCants, MPH, is a seasoned professionals with extensive experience in grants management and program administration. Currently serving as a Grants Management Specialist at the U.S. Department of Transportation since May 2023, Mishel leads the full lifecycle management of federal grant programs, maintaining a 98% compliance rate while enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Mishel was a Program Manager for the State of Delaware, effectively managing federal grant funds and ensuring project compliance with environmental regulations.
