Monae Nickerson, MBA, SWP, HCS, serves as a Management Program (Human Capital) Analyst at the U.S. Department of Transportation since January 2022, while also fulfilling the role of Vice Mayor for the Town of Dumfries, having been elected for a second consecutive term. With a strong background in human resources, Monae's previous positions include Human Capital Manager at LinkVisum Consulting Group, Sr. Staffing/Resource Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, and various HR roles at GSA, DOD TRICARE Management Activity, the US Department of the Navy, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, and Capitol Electric.
