Richard Stephenson

Richard Stephenson serves as the Head Coach at the New York Athletic Club and also holds the position of Information System Security Manager at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where responsibilities include managing and delivering security services through Federal and Contracting Staff, along with IT project consulting and team development. Additionally, Richard is the Team USA Boxing High Performance Team Coach for USA Boxing, Inc., facilitating youth and elite team selection and training for international competition. Previously, Richard held roles at the United States Military Academy at West Point, including Information Technology Specialist and Information Assurance Security Officer, ensuring high network uptime and receiving a rare promotion for exceptional service. Richard also served as an Information Systems Technician Chief Warrant Officer 2 in the US Army, contributing to the development of information security policies for a reserve unit.
