Young has extensive experience in fostering client relationships, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and enhancing operational efficiencies through process improvements. Prior to these roles, Young managed box office operations for the Winston-Salem Dash and served in ticket operations coordination for the Charlotte Bobcats. Young's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from East Carolina University.
