Nelson Tsui, CPA-CGA, has extensive experience in budget management and accounting, currently serving as Senior Manager of Budget and Accounting at Transportation Investment Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nelson held positions as Manager of Budgets and Accounting and Senior Accountant at Victoria Shipyards Co. Ltd. and EllisDon, contributing as a Senior Accountant on the Oakridge Redevelopment Project. Nelson's career began at ACCIONA, where roles included Accounts Supervisor and Project Accountant from 2008 to 2020. Nelson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Victoria and is a member of CGA Canada, having completed the program between 2005 and 2012.
