Doru Gabriel Lazar, MBA, P.Eng., PMP, currently serves as Technical Director and Technical Manager at Transportation Investment Corporation, overseeing the development and execution of the OMC5 project. With a robust background in project management, Lazar previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at the City of Richmond from February 2015 to June 2023, leading over $100M in capital engineering projects. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Engineer/Senior Project Manager at Stantec, managing multimillion-dollar capital engineering projects, and working as a Consulting Engineer/Team Lead/Project Manager for various consulting engineering firms. Additionally, Lazar possesses international project management experience and holds degrees in Business Administration and Construction Management from SFU and British Columbia Institute of Technology, respectively.
