Robyn Budd

Robyn Budd possesses extensive experience in major project management, procurement, and infrastructure consulting, currently serving as the Director of Major Projects Labour Agreements at Transportation Investment Corporation since June 2020. In this role, Robyn provides strategic support to senior executives, specializing in labour agreements, risk management, and advisory services for key projects, including the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project. Previously, Robyn held various positions in KPMG Canada, focusing on energy and transportation sector consulting, and was instrumental in founding the National Indigenous Network. With a strong educational background, including a certificate in Construction Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a degree in Political Science and Indigenous History from McMaster University, Robyn demonstrates a commitment to integrating Indigenous relations within infrastructure development.
